Year 1 Dance Their Way to Success

Year 1 have been working with a fantastic teacher from 'The Place' - the UK’s premier centre for contemporary dance. Over 8 weeks, our students have explored everything from, how to order their daily routine to the properties of paper and wire, through dance and physical movement. The Place work on the principle that any subject can be taught through movement and dance. Our students have thoroughly enjoyed learning in this exciting and creative way and have also developed as dancers.
